Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Here's how cancellations are handled for Sing & Spin bookings: - Deposits are non-refundable. Your 25% deposit secures your event date and covers planning, prep, and logistics. - Cancellations made 7+ days before the event will not be charged beyond the deposit. - Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking. - Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance. If you need to reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate — just contact us at least 5 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. We appreciate your understanding and aim to keep things smooth, fair, and professional — so we can keep delivering the vibes.
