Cancellation Policy
We get it—sometimes things change. Here’s how cancellations are handled for all Puff & Play bookings: - Deposits are non-refundable. Your $50 deposit locks in your date and covers pre-event prep and logistics. - Cancellations made 5 or more days before the event will not be charged beyond the deposit. - Cancellations within 5 days of the event are subject to a 25% cancellation fee based on your total booking. - Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance. Need to reschedule? No problem — reach out at least 3 days in advance and we’ll do our best to move your booking (subject to availability). We appreciate your respect for our time and crew.
